Sharing credits with others

Veer Marketplace credits can be transferred from your account to another Veer account. This is useful if you want to share credits with friends and family, or if you’ve purchased credits for your team or studio to use.

To transfer credits:

  1. Start the transfer by filling out the recipient’s details, specifying the number of credits, and providing a security question and answer.
  2. Let the recipient know the answer to your security question, in person, by email, instant messenger, or phone.
  3. The recipient will receive an email prompting them to answer your security question and to accept or reject the credits.
    • If the credits are accepted, they will be removed from your account and deposited into the recipient’s account.
    • If the credits are rejected, they will be returned to your account.
    • If the credits aren’t accepted within one week, the transfer is canceled and the credits will be returned to your account.

Credits purchased as part of a subscription cannot be transferred.

Receiving credits

To receive credits from a Veer registrant, you must also have a Veer account. Credits expire one year from the date they were originally purchased, no matter how many times they are transferred.
