Fonts are software. As with most software you purchase only a LICENSE TO USE. The fonts currently available from this site are subject to the Fontworks UK Ltd Electronic License Agreement as set out below (and delivered with the font/s).

Please read these LICENSE terms BEFORE proceeding with your purchase. If you then proceed with a purchase or purchases you (or you on behalf of your employer) will be deemed in all cases to have accepted ALL the license terms and agreed to be bound by them.

GRANT OF LICENSE

In return for the license fee paid Fontworks UK Ltd ('Fontworks') and/or its supplier grants you a non-exclusive license to use this font or font package ('the Software') on or for use by a maximum of 5 CPU’s (workstations), whether networked or not, connected to one output device (printer) at one location. Alternatively use may be on a single portable computer and associated printer. A copy of the Software should always be made for purely back-up purposes. If the font is required for use on machines in excess of the above numbers this can be achieved via simple multiplication, i.e. by purchasing further licenses from this site, or more economically (as volume discounts are included) by applying to Fontworks for an appropriate Multi-User, Site, Country or World Wide License. You can apply by e-mail, fax, post, ’phone etc.

OTHER RIGHTS

Except for your right to use the Software granted by this license all other rights, title and interest in the Software and related tradenames and trademarks are owned and retained by Fontworks or its suppliers. You agree to establish reasonable procedures restricting access to and use of the Software, tradenames and trademarks to the licensee.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software. You agree not to export the Software and accompanying documentation unless you have obtained any necessary approvals to do so under the export regulations of your country.

ASSIGNMENT

You are not authorised to sublicense, sell, lease, rent or lend the Software, but you may permanently transfer all your rights to use the Software to a third party provided you transfer this license agreement together with its associated documentation (if any), the original and all copies of the Software, retaining and storing none yourself.

TERMINATION

This Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination you agree to destroy the original Software, all copies and any associated documentation.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITED WARRANTY

Fontworks warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of purchase the Software will under normal use appear and perform satisfactorily in accordance with Fontworks’ published descriptions. Fontworks’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy in connection with the Software is replacement of the Software should this be defective or, at Fontworks’ option, return of the purchase price except that Fontworks shall have no responsibility in the event of any claim resulting from accident, fire, theft, negligence, abuse or misapplication. Fontworks’ cumulative liability for any loss or damage relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price in Sterling you paid. IN NO EVENT WILL FONTWORKS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS OR DATA OR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE ABUSE OR MISAPPLICATION OF THE SOFTWARE. Except as provided above Fontworks does not make any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

GENERAL

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.
