Atomic Media Type

Provided in PostScript Type 1 format.

Atomic Media typefaces have been created specifically for on-screen use within dynamic media projects or on web pages. These hand-tuned bitmap (pixel) fonts are especially designed for Flash so that they won't blur or fill-in, and come with high-quality PostScript Type 1 outlines for print applications.

When using fonts in Flash, position text block elements so that the x and y values are whole numbers, otherwise character blurring may occur. (Example: use x=100 and y=117, not x=100.2 and y=117.3). Similarly, fonts are best used in Flash documents at 100% scale. At any other scale, blurring of the characters may occur.

In Photoshop, turn off anti-aliasing to assure that character blurring does not occur. Position text block elements so that the x and y values are whole numbers, as describe above. Turn off fractional widths in character options (Photoshop 6).
