General Information
Products from Veer are provided as downloadable files or as collections on disc for shipment. Not all products are available via both methods.
Add products to your cart by clicking the “Add to cart” link on search results or product pages. You can remove products and have no obligation to purchase until you click “Complete Purchase” during checkout. You must be registered on the site (and be signed in) to use the shopping cart.
You may also purchase discs and other products for shipment via phone, fax, or mail. Veer accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. American Express is only accepted in North America. Please contact customer service regarding the use of bank and wire transfers.
Currency will be determined by the country specified in your billing address.
Purchase Orders
You may also pay by purchase order. Once you are registered and signed in, you may apply for a purchase order account. The online purchase order account form can be used for North America accounts only. You can also download an application form below. Veer will contact you within two business days. Terms are net 30 days.
Placing Orders
North American Customers
Orders containing discs, books or merchandise* must be placed before 3:00 pm (EST) for same-day processing. After this time, your order will be shipped the next business day. Items are shipped via courier and require a signature for delivery.
Canadian Customers
Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for payment of applicable import duties and taxes that may be applied during shipment. Check with your tax authority to determine these costs.
European Customers
Orders containing discs must be placed before 14:00 (CET) for same-day processing. After this time, your order will be shipped the next business day. Items are shipped via Deutsch Poste - Guaranteed Delivery Service (traceable) and require a signature for delivery. Delivery time is between 1-4 business days.

Shipping
Products are shipped via UPS and require a signature for delivery.

Merch Products
Shipping for merchandise is calculated based on cost. Available options and prices will appear during the checkout process.
Note: Merch products cannot be shipped outside of North America.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is indicated as being “temporarily out of stock,” you can still add the item to your cart and continue with the checkout process.
Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. Orders that include shipping will not incur any additional shipping charges.
If your order includes an image collection or type collection on disc, you will be able to download all items in the collection upon completion of your order. Items such as single images and typefaces may be downloaded immediately upon completion of your order.

Quotes
Veer can compile groups of products for you and provide a price quote in advance of purchase. Quotes can be e-mailed to you or viewed directly in your account.
To view a quote in your account:
- Go to your account page
- Sign in using your account e-mail address and password
- Under “Account Options,” click “Your Quotes”
- Click the applicable “View Quote” link
If all items have been priced, you can purchase the quote immediately. You do not need to add the products to your shopping cart to check out.
To pay for the products in your quote, click “Checkout.”

Quotes are active for 30 days.
You will be sent an e-mail reminder 15 days before the quote expires and again 2 days before the expiry date. The quote may be purchased at any time during this period.
If you need to reactivate an expired quote, please contact us within 30 days after the expiry date.
Checkout
To check out, click “Cart” at the top of the page. If products are in your cart, they’ll appear as thumbnail images with purchasing options.
Pop-up menus with product versions appear beside each product. If you added a product to your cart from a search results page or a lightbox, no version is shown. You must choose a version of each product in your cart before continuing. You can change the version of any product at any time before clicking “Checkout.”
If discs or other products for shipment are included, choose a shipping method from the pop-up menu.
Note: State sales tax is added to orders from customers in California. GST (Goods & Services Tax) is added to all Canadian orders.
Read all End User License Agreements and click the “I accept all license agreements” checkbox to agree to the terms.
To pay for your order, click “Checkout.”
Payment
After clicking “Checkout,” your account information appears. Verify your billing address.
If you have shippable items in your order, you will be asked to specify a shipping address before continuing.
If you have previously saved a shipping address in your account, select it from the “Saved addresses” pop-up menu.
Enter your credit card type, number, and name exactly as it appears on your credit card. In most cases, you will be asked to enter a credit card security code as well.
If you have previously saved a credit card in your account, select it from the “Payment method” pop-up menu.
If you have a purchase order account, this billing option will appear. Check “Bill my purchase order account” and enter the Veer Purchase Order Account number (supplied to you via e-mail), your Veer web site account password, and the purchase order number your company uses.
Please contact customer service regarding payment using bank and wire transfers.
Please note that information entered during the purchasing and checkout process is encrypted and secure.
If you received a Veer catalog or mailing, please enter the catalog key code.
Click “Complete Purchase.”
Your Receipt
After completing your purchase, a page entitled “Your Receipt” appears.
Products that are shipped to you and downloadable products will be listed on the receipt, along with total charges relating to your purchase.
To have a printable copy of your receipt sent to you, click the “Resend this receipt by e-mail” link at the top of the page.

If you purchased products for shipment, these are also shown in your receipt.
VAT Registration Number
You may update your account information with your VAT registration number or enter your VAT number upon checkout.
When entering your VAT registration number, do not include the two letter country code prefix.
For example: a VAT number from Germany (DE999999999) should be entered as 999999999. The country code prefix is automatically obtained from your billing address.
To update the VAT number of an organization registered with Veer, please contact customer service.
