Help : Registration & Account

Registering on the Veer site gives you full access to lightboxes, our interactive Shuttleboard, advanced previewing features such as Flont and Image Zoom, and your shopping cart.

After registering, you can also choose to be added to our e-mail or mailing list for promotions, mailings, and catalogs. You may change your personal information, mailing status, and other site preferences at any time.

Registering

To register on the Veer site, click “Register” at the top of the page or “Account” in the navigation bar.

Fill out the required information on the registration form and click “Save.”

At this point, an e-mail will be sent to the address that you used when you registered. The e-mail will contain a link which you must click to activate your account before you can proceed.

Password & E-mail Address Limitations

Passwords on the Veer site are limited to 8 characters in length.

Only certain characters are allowed when creating passwords and e-mail addresses. If you are experiencing problems when creating or changing your password or e-mail address, make sure you are following these guidelines:

  • You may use uppercase and lowercase letters
  • You may use the digits 0 through 9
  • You may use basic punctuation. For example:
     
    ! # $ % * ? & . ~ - _
  • Do not use non-English characters. For example:
     
    å ç é î ø ü ß

Activating Your Account

Upon receiving the “Activate Your Account” e-mail, click the link to complete the registration process.

If clicking the link in your e-mail software does not work, copy the link and paste it into the address bar of your web browser.

If you attempt to access your account before it is activated, you will see a message indicating this.

If you have misplaced your activation e-mail, you may re-send it by clicking “Resend activation e-mail.”

Account Options

After activating your account or signing in, a welcome page appears when you click “Account.” In the “Account Options” section, there are several links allowing you to change account settings, update personal information, and customize your experience on the Veer site.

Your Information

Let you view or change your name, e-mail address, site password, demographic information, and contact preferences.

Your Addresses

Let you view, add or change your mailing, billing and shipping addresses.

Your Credit Cards

Lets you view, add or change your saved credit card information.

Your Saved Searches

Lets you view or change your saved searches. This option will not appear if you are using an older web browser. Please refer to the site requirements for a list of supported web browsers.

Lets you view, add or change your saved Rights-managed usages.

Your Site Preferences

Lets you change options pertaining to the behavior and functionality of the site.

Changing Your Password & E-mail Address

  1. Click “Account.”
  2. Click “Your Information.”
  3. Enter your new e-mail address and/or password.
  4. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

Signing Out

To sign out of your account, click “Sign Out” near the top of the page.
