After slow-motion replays from various camera angles, score counts and recounts, impassioned attempts to build consensus, and soul-searching deliberation, the Lightboxing judges have come to a conclusion.

The winner of this Lightboxing bout, on the concept of Road Trip, by unanimous decision ... from Huntington Beach, California ... Adam Royer!

What a strange trip, indeed. And what an exciting bout! The multimedia Lightboxing match kept the judges on the edge of their keyboards. Adam Royer impressed the judges by sidestepping the literal interpretation of “Trip”, dodging Toth’s crisp jabs of memories of travels past. What delivered the knockout blow, however, was Royer’s clear stance against bad trips. No one likes a bad trip, not that the judges would know anything about that.
