Rules and Regulations

LIMITED TIME OFFER. From June 1, 2009 to June 30, 2009 (“Term”) existing Veer customers can enjoy a special deal on all purchases of royalty-free and rights-managed content and typefaces. Simply contact a customer service representative either by email at service@veer.com or by phone at 1-877-297-7900 to find out what your special deal is. Offer only valid during the Term in the U.S. and Canada.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Contact Veer during the Term to purchase RF or RM images or type and customer will get a special deal, either on price or quantity. Simply contact customer service to find out what your special deal is. No obligation to purchase. Customer has 30 days from date of quote to redeem the special deal.
  • Deal valid for one (1) order only. Deal may not be transferred, substituted, redeemed for cash or assigned except by Veer at its sole discretion. Expenses, together with the reporting and payment of any applicable taxes, fees, duties, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a Deal, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • If a discount is offered, it will be applied to price before applicable taxes, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion. If you return items purchased using the Discount, you will not receive a refund for the amount of a Discount.
  • Eligibility to redeem the Deal is restricted to customers who: (i) are new or existing Veer customers and (ii) are legal residents of Canada and the United States.
  • Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

By participating, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in forfeiture of the Deal. You further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Veer, which shall be final in all respects. Veer reserves the right at its sole discretion to not award the Deal to any individual it finds to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the operation of the Deal offer or any Veer Web site; (b) violating these Terms; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Veer property or service; or (d) acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Deal is not capable of being offered as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the control of Veer which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Deal, Veer reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Deal.

By participating, you acknowledge that you have already agreed to the terms of Veer’s privacy policy, located at www.veer.com, which control this Deal.
