My file was failed because it was derived from public domain art. If it is public domain, why won’t you take it?

We strive to have original creations from our contributors, ones that cannot be found elsewhere. Public domain art is free; therefore, anyone can seek it out and use it without a fee. If your image resembles artwork in the public domain or seems to be an auto-traced design but we feel it is unique enough for us to take, we may ask for a sketch or source material. If you have a sketch or source material, please upload it in the property/model release area.
