How do I add a model release?

Releases are uploaded and attached to images in the Workspace on the "Prepare and Submit" tab.

Select the images you want to attach a release to. On the right-hand pane - click "edit" next to Releases to open up the controls for uploading a release. Once you've selected the release file on your local machine, and added the Model's name, shoot description, age and ethnicity - click "create release". This stores it in the system, and attaches it to the selected images.

Once a release is stored, you can use the "previously uploaded releases" controls to add a previously uploaded release to other images to save time on future submissions containing content with the same model or property from the same shoot. (A friendly reminder - releases are only legally valid for the date and shoot specified on the form. Releases should only be applied to content created during that specified shoot.)
