How do I submit a JPEG preview for an EPS/ vector file?

To upload your own JPEG preview image:

  • Upload your EPS and JPG version at the same time with the EXACT same file name.
    Example:
      mycoolvector.eps
      mycoolvector.jpg
      myothercoolvector.eps
      myothercoolvector.jpg
  • You can use the web upload tool or FTP
  • Height or width of JPEG must be greater than 4900 pixels
  • You can mix EPS files with and without JPEG versions in the same upload batch. You will be required to add a JPEG version in the Prepare and Submit tab before you can submit your images.

In addition: our system will now read and extract any embedded IPTC/XMP metadata from your JPEG file.
