Can you please provide a link to the online W-8BEN form?

You can access the W-8BEN form in teh IRS site here.  The actual form you fill out directly on the Veer site is only accessible once you are an approved contributor.  Once approved, you will be prompted to complete the form via a link on your Workspace page.
