Every artist has a muse, and for Galyna it is none other than her tabby cat. "I admire her grace and elegance like a tiger […] looking into her eyes, I am amazed at the diversity of nature colors," Galyna says.

Galyna Andrushko is a nature and travel photographer. Her work isn't just a documentation of where she has been and what she has seen, but also clearly reflects her love and appreciation for unspoiled places and the majestic creatures that call it home.

She connects with her subjects. Galyna explains, "When I get the opportunity to photograph animals in their natural habitat, it seems to me that my mood is passed to my wild models and they begin to pose and choose the best angles. I whisper to them that they are beautiful."

She owes her success in photography to simply capturing the shots she loves, always paying attention to light and color, and watching ads on TV to figure out what people like to see. "I cannot understand why people change the channel during commercials; this is the most beautiful part!" she jokes.

Galyna's main priority is to create something "beautiful and informative" and hopefully encourage people to be more kind to nature.
