About this typeface:
Taking the idea of alternates to the next level, Eunoia is a system of six fonts with interchangeable characters. Use the fonts individually, or mix and match to create unique wordmarks.
The three Regular width fonts can be mixed with one another, as can the three Condensed fonts. And you can also mix Regular with Condensed: here's how: When you increase the size of the Condensed fonts to 150% of the non condensed fonts, they will have the same character widths, and look like Tall versions, having the same weight and color. For instance, make the Regular 24 pt and the Condensed 36 pt.
Eunoia is the shortest word in the English language to contain all five vowels. It means beautiful thinking. This name was appropriated from the book Eunoia, by Christian Bök, and conforms to Matthew Carter's (tongue-in-cheek?) theory that typeface names should have three syllables and end with the letter a.
