Introducing Shuttleboard. The lightbox that doesn't box you in.

Forget the old “slides on a light table” metaphor. New Shuttleboard™ mode sets your lightbox free. Scale, crop, and drag images around a spacious work area. Layer and arrange them. But it’s not just for images. In Shuttleboard mode, every typeface in your lightbox is fully editable. Type in your words and compare fonts. Get a feel for how images and type work together - before you buy. It’s easy, fast - even fun.

Need to collaborate? Add sticky notes, then e-mail your lightbox for others to review and add their notes. You can even share your lightbox and let team members use any of the Shuttleboard features. Break creative gridlock. Try new Shuttleboard mode, now available on every lightbox, only at Veer.

This new Shuttleboard thing is mint. Check it out.

Try it on your own Lightboxes - you must be registered and signed in to the Veer site.

Drag things to your layer.   Drag things to your layer.

Here’s one monster feature: move images and type samples around the workspace. Just click and drag. Change the layer order by right-clicking and using the popup menu. You can even scroll across the workspace by pressing the spacebar and dragging.

Scale up, scale down.   Scale up, scale down.

Shuttleboard lets you scale your top picks up to hero-size, and scale your spot illustrations down. Just click any corner. It’s like having Image Zoom built right into your lightbox.

Crop like crazy.   Crop like crazy.

Get artistic. Change a couple to a single. Find a face in a crowd. Right-click and select “Crop” - then drag an edge. You can even “marquee” across the part of the image that you want to keep. And it’s just as easy to undo.

Test type. Feel fonts.   Test type. Feel fonts.

Now this is handy. Add typefaces to your lightbox. In Shuttleboard mode, you can edit each type sample and see your words in any typeface. Change them all at once by shift-selecting or dragging a marquee, and right-clicking. Enter new text and change the type size. Envisioning combinations of type has never been easier.
